All Account balances, transactions, bets, and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1jj4 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Where a payment provider applies independent conversion charges, these are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. These limits may differ between payment methods and may be adjusted based on Player Account tier, verification status, and applicable regulatory requirements.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards issued by 1jj4 are subject to: (a) these general Terms & Conditions; and (b) specific terms applicable to the individual promotion, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a 1jj4 Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Failure to complete wagering requirements within any applicable time limit will result in the expiry and removal of outstanding Bonus Funds.

All sports bets placed on the 1jj4 Platform are subject to the applicable sports betting rules, which govern market settlement, void conditions, result disputes, and live betting procedures. These rules are published within the relevant betting sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. 1jj4 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price or as a result of a technical error, at its sole discretion.
Casino and live dealer games are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. 1jj4 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity irregularities, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Players may request closure of their 1jj4 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance of verified real-money Funds will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds with incomplete wagering conditions will be forfeited upon Account closure.
